Most of us, whether we are athletes or not, walk around in some state of
dehydration daily. It is the single biggest challenge most of us face physically every day. So many factors

not consider healthy, although they will rehydrate you and provide you with electrolyte replacement as
advertised. They are very difficult to digest during physical activity. Many athletes will water down

contain. Most of the electrolyte replacement powders that we have tested sometimes do not totally
dissolve in water and they can cake up in storage, making it even harder to mix.
